We recently moved to the Austin area from Idaho. A friend recommended Lori to us and we were very pleased with our home buying experience with her.  Lori was introduced to me many years ago and helped me locate and purchase my first residence in Lakeway, TX in 2007.  As circumstances developed, in 5 years she was my agent of choice to list that home and during that time Lori went above and beyond in following up with all showing agents to continually get feedback as to the perception of our home, its terms of sale, etc.

Upon the successful sale of our first Austin home, Lori also assisted us in the purchase of our 2nd home just west of Dripping Springs.  She not only helped navigate me through the process but during our move we found a bountiful tray of sandwiches and drinks awaiting our arrival.

The story should have ended there, but again circumstances took hold and Lori was there, yet again this past June 2014, doing the same great job in the listing and sale of our home and the simultaneous lease of our temporary home as well as the purchase of our final one.

She took time in showing us available properties and never rushing us and a consistent, constant and reliable source of information and guidance.  Definitely not a stereotypical agent that's there to only list your property and never to be seen or heard again.  Her positive energy and quick wit has gotten us through some of our more stressful times.

 Working with Lori is simply awesome.  We were sent Lori's way based on a referral from friends and we knew they implicitly trusted her with their home buying needs.  How did we know?  Well, they worked with Lori to purchase three homes in the past few years, and their parents also worked with Lori when buying a downtown condo and a lake house.

Lori listened to our needs and wants, respected our budget and never pushed us to put an offer on a house we didn't love.  We dealt with quite a few different sellers' agents throughout the process and Lori stayed on top of everything to make sure we received the prompt answers we needed.  (Some of the seller's agents were surprisingly slow which goes to show that not all agents are created equal.)
